Please note that these Brand Features Usage Guidelines are subject to Aseon Labs Website Terms of Use (“Terms”).

Aseon Labs, Inc. (“Aseon Labs”), name, logos, information, images, designs, brand features, and related trademarks and service marks (i) used by Aseon Labs, or (ii) displayed or made available on www.aseonlabs.com (the “Website”) (together, the “Aseon Labs Brand Features”), are either owned by Aseon Labs, which are registered and/or used in the United States, or licensed to Aseon Labs. Except as permitted under these Guidelines, any use, copying, or reproduction of the Aseon Labs Brand Features is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Aseon Labs.

Aseon Labs considers the Aseon Labs Brand Features among its most valuable assets and intends to take all appropriate measures to preserve the strength and rights of the Aseon Labs Brand Features. Aseon Labs Brand Features are in various forms and may include, by way of example only, letters, words, logos, designs, images, trade dress, slogans, colors, sounds, or the like, whether registered or unregistered.

Subject to your compliance with these Guidelines and the Aseon Labs Website Terms of Use, Aseon Labs hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to use the Aseon Labs Brand Features solely for the purposes and in the manner expressly permitted herein. This license does not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Aseon Labs Brand Features beyond the specific permissions provided.

The Aseon Labs Brand Features and any other content on the Website are provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind either express or implied or statutory. Aseon Labs will have no liability whatsoever for your use of the Aseon Labs Brand Features or any other content on the Website.

Your use of content on the Website or of any of the Aseon Labs Brand Features constitutes your acknowledgement that, as between you and Aseon Labs, Aseon Labs is the sole owner of the Aseon Labs Brand Features. If you do not agree to these Guidelines or the Terms, do not copy, download, or use any of this content or the Aseon Labs Brand Features.

Aseon Labs reserves the right to review your use of the Brand Features at any time and may, in its sole discretion, terminate or revoke this license immediately upon notice. You acknowledge that any breach of these Guidelines regarding the unauthorized use of Aseon Labs Brand Features may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, entitling Aseon Labs to seek injunctive relief.

Any suggestions or feedback provided regarding the Aseon Labs Brand Features or Guidelines shall be governed by the Feedback License in our Terms of Use.

Any commercial use of Aseon Labs Brand Features (including in advertising, packaging, merchandise, paid media, or other promotional or revenue-generating contexts) requires Aseon Labs prior written approval. If approved by Aseon Labs, you may reference or use the Aseon Labs Brand Features, so long as such references are: (1) truthful, fair, and not misleading, and (2) comply with any stated consent, specification, agreement, policies and guidelines, including these Guidelines, which may be modified from time to time by Aseon Labs at its sole discretion.

You must use Aseon Labs Brand Features only as provided (or as we approve in writing) and must not alter colours, proportions, clear space, or typography unless expressly authorized. You must obtain and follow written specifications for each permitted use, including any required attribution, placement, and duration of use.

The Aseon Labs Brand Features should never be used in a way that could cause anyone to wrongly believe that you are affiliated with Aseon Labs, or that your products or services are offered, endorsed, or sponsored by Aseon Labs.

Notwithstanding any other provision in the contrary in the Terms, third parties are permitted to leverage content for editorial purposes with appropriate attribution and links back to the original content on the Website. You may not use content on the Website in connection with the advertisement, promotion, or sale of any non-Aseon Labs products or services, unless prior written approval is obtained from Aseon Labs for such usage.

You may display or refer to Aseon Labs Brand Features in the titles or subject matter of books, magazines, periodicals, publications, seminars, and conferences, subject to the below requirements:

• The use must not damage Aseon Labs's reputation or goodwill in the Aseon Labs Brand Features and must reflect positively on Aseon Labs.
• You must conspicuously disclaim or avoid any reference to any and all sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by Aseon Labs on all publications and/or printed materials in connection with the publication, seminar, or conference.

In any instances where you leverage Aseon Labs Brand Features, you must always follow the below guidelines for proper usage unless otherwise permitted by Aseon Labs in advance and in writing to deviate from these rules:

• Use only approved artwork received directly from Aseon Labs, downloaded or made available on the Website.
• Do not alter, abbreviate, or recolor the Aseon Labs Brand Features. All marks must remain sharp, clean, and in their original font/proportions.
• To preserve the integrity of the Aseon Labs Brand Features, always maintain a minimum clear space around it.
• You may not include any Aseon Labs Brand Features in your name, product or service name, social media profile, or domain name.
• Do not display a Aseon Labs Brand Features as the most prominent element on your web page or content, or in a manner that implies a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by Aseon Labs, or that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest content has been authored by or represents the views or opinions of Aseon Labs, without prior written permission from the Aseon Labs team.
• Do not use a Aseon Labs Brand Features in a manner that can be construed as misleading, unfair, defamatory, libelous, disparaging, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable to Aseon Labs, Aseon Labs products or services, or any other person or entity, as determined at the sole discretion of Aseon Labs.
• Apply the ® or ™ symbol to the first or most prominent mention of an Aseon Labs mark on each page or digital asset. If a mark is already part of a licensed graphic, no additional text symbol is required.
• Use Aseon Labs Brand Features only as adjectives, never as nouns, verbs, or in the possessive form, except when using “Aseon Labs” as a trade name for Aseon Labs, Inc.
• Use “Aseon Labs, Inc.” for the first reference as a corporate entity; subsequent mentions may use “Aseon Labs” without trademark symbols when used as a trade name.
